BICSI and the entire Cabling & Wireless and Spring team warmly thank Sponsors, Exhibitors, Speakers and delegates who took part in the BICSI Endosed Event, 2024 European Conference & Exhibition, held on 14th May 2024 at the NH Villa Carpegna – Rome, an important European event dedicated to Information Transport Systems, ICT Infrastructures and Data Centers.
Contributions of high technical value on some of the most interesting and current topics were presented at the conference.
We started by introducing the nature of learning from an educational perspective, using as an example the data center standards published by BICSI and its support services, with the aim of helping participants in carrying out their professional work, we then moved on to talk about compliance with PoE (Power Over Ethernet) in the International Standards, with Wi-Fi 7 and 6 GHz, taking into account the regulatory scenario with advantages and prospects for use to facilitate innovation and promote competition in the wireless field, to the design and management of Wi-Fi 7 systems, 6 GHz band and 5G private cellular networks, to Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) the new frontier for building management systems and operational technological networks, to how to improve the sustainability through IoT energy monitoring guided by AI (artificial intelligence), at maximum levels of electromagnetic field and development of wireless networks and finally we talked about cables and how to analyze the data sheets to understand their real performance characteristics.
Thank you all for the excellent result obtained, for the number of participants (around 120 registered delegates of which 70% were present), for the interest shown in the plenary session for the technical presentations of international speakers, for the 2 parallel sessions on highly topical subjects and for the active presence in the exhibition hall of 13 companies, representing important players in the field of ICT industry and Data Centers.
